This years annual conference will be one of the most important events in Circom's history. The European Board will have to  decide to open the organisation for regional internet and radio as well. This conference is the first Circom meeting which covers all aspects of public regional media  - radio, Internet and television. The place where it takes place is TV Noord. This station is fully integrated and a very interesting site to visit, when you think about the future of your station. Although everybody is suffering from budget cuts, it is worth the money to come to Groningen. When you are back in your station you will bring back a lot of brilliant ideas to do both - save money and improve the quality. I am looking forward to meet you all in Groningen.
